the premises are beautiful with many options for activities. the staff seemed friendly and provided help when needed. i liked the room i stayed in, it had a great sea view.
there were not enough sunbeds for all guests. the food provided with the all-inclusive option seemed mediocre in quality. the self-service restaurant did not have enough space to accommodate everyone.

this hotel surprised me. my room was upgraded at no cost to a sea-view room, complete with a balcony where i spent hours. the hotel location is perfect. the sunsets were very nice and the pier bar became my favourite spot each evening. the staff consistently provided really good service. it seemed like a real treat!
the gym has limited equipment. it could benefit from more machines to accommodate all guests.

The room was spacious and clean. A complimentary fruit plate and coffee service were provided. The hotel offered direct beach access, including sunbeds. I also enjoyed the rooftop area during the evenings. This space was quite relaxing after dinner.
English skills among the staff were sometimes limited. Simple requests occasionally faced communication barriers.

Pearla and her reception team were cute and accommodating. The spa staff were attentive. The cleaning crew was diligent and maintained a super clean room. They did an excellent job throughout my stay.
